The national finals teams include: 12 teams selected from the South China Division, the North China Division, the Southwest Division and the East China Division for the championship, second and third place. Tianjin Vocational Institute representative team, guided by Zhou Wenda and led by Liu Fangyuan, won the championship of the National Finals after fierce competition.
Three players of Tianjin Vocational Institute team are all from the western food training team of the Tourism Management College of TJVI. The contestant Chen Shilong represented Tianjin in the first National Vocational Skills Competition of China. Ten were directly shortlisted for the National Training Team of the 46th World Skills Competition. Chen Shilong's technical level and quality have been greatly improved after the trials of the World Tournament. The schedule stipulates that the participating teams must complete 3 dishes for 4 people within 3.5 hours, and complete the meal within the specified time. The overall dishes need to have a complete theme, showing the cooking skills and the original taste of the ingredients, while ensuring the presentation and appreciation of the dishes.
